2. Yellow corn, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
3. White corn, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Finely chopped cilantro - 1 bunch
6. Green onions, finely sliced - 5
7. Red onion, finely chopped - 1 small
8. Red bell pepper, seeded and chopped - 1
9. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
10. Lime juice - ¼ cup
11. Avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced - 1
12. Olive oil, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
