1. 1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs -
2. 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley -
3. 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme -
4. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
5. 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest -
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
7. 1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning -
8. 1/4 teaspoon paprika -
9. 1 tablespoon butter, melted -
10. 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) -

How to cook deliciously - Herb-Crusted Salmon

1. Stage

Heat your oven to 400°F. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs with the herbs, garlic, lemon zest, salt, lemon-pepper seasoning and paprika. Toss the flavored crumbs with the melted butter until the butter is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

2. Stage

Spray a 15x10-inch baking pan lightly with pan spray. Arrange the salmon portions in the pan, skin side down. Top them with the crumb mixture, patting it gently into place without compressing the crumbs unnecessarily. Bake the salmon until the crumbs are golden brown and the fish just begins to flake easily when tested with a fork, 12 to 15 minutes.
