How to cook deliciously - Avocado Chicken Salad
1. Stage
Combine the cubed rotisserie chicken, mashed avocados, pomegranate seeds, chopped green onions, halved cherry tomatoes, minced jalapeno pepper and chopped cilantro leaves in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, ground cumin and pepper until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly. Serve or refrigerate until ready to use.
