1. 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed, cubed -
2. 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and mashed -
3. 3/4 cup pomegranate seeds -
4. 6 green onions, chopped -
5. 8 cherry tomatoes, halved -
6. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced -
7. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped -
8. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise -
9. 2 tablespoons lime juice -
10. 1 garlic clove, minced -
11. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
12. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin -
13. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
14. 20 slices multigrain bread, toasted -

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Chicken Salad

1. Stage

Combine the cubed rotisserie chicken, mashed avocados, pomegranate seeds, chopped green onions, halved cherry tomatoes, minced jalapeno pepper and chopped cilantro leaves in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, ground cumin and pepper until well combined.
