Ingredients for - Homemade Poultry Seasoning

1. 1 tablespoon rubbed sage -
2. 2 teaspoons dried thyme -
3. 1 teaspoon dried marjoram -
4. 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary -
5. 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper (or substitute black pepper) -
6. 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg -

1. Stage

Combine the ingredients: Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl until evenly combined.

2. Stage

Grind until fine: If desired, process the mixture in a spice grinder (or grind with a mortar and pestle) until a fine powder forms, about 30 seconds.
