1. Cooking spray -
2. 2 c. (240 g.) all-purpose flour -
3. 1 tsp. baking powder -
4. 1 tsp. kosher salt -
5. 3/4 c. (1 1/2  sticks) unsalted butter, melted -
6. 3/4 c. (160 g.) packed light brown sugar -
7. 1/2 c. (170 g.) honey -
8. 1/2 c. (135 g.) peanut butter -
9. 1 large egg -
10. 1 large egg yolk -
11. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
12. 1/2 c. (60 g.) honey-roasted peanuts, roughly chopped -

How to cook deliciously - Honey & Peanut Butter Blondies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9"-by-9" baking pan with parchment, leaving a 2" overhang on 2 opposite sides. Grease with cooking spray.

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk butter, brown sugar, honey, and peanut butter until smooth. Add egg and egg yolk and whisk until incorporated, then whisk in vanilla. Add dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. 

4. Stage

Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth in an even layer. Top with peanuts. 

5. Stage

Bake blondies until edges start to pull away from sides of pan and a tester inserted into the center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely. 

6. Stage

Using parchment overhang, lift blondies out of pan and slice into squares.
