Ingredients for - Lucy Waverman's Quesadillas

1. 4 10-inch tortillas -
2. 8 oz. Grated Cheddar -
3. 1 c. store bought or homemade salsa -
4. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil -
5. 2 tbsp. melted butter -

How to cook deliciously - Lucy Waverman's Quesadillas

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 200 F (100 C).

2. Stage

Lay 4 tortillas on a board. Spread with salsa. Divide grated cheese in to four sections and sprinkle over tortillas.

3. Stage

Combine butter and oil. Fold over tortillas and brush with butter and oil mixture.

4. Stage

Fry quesadillas, 2 at a time, in a large skillet over medium heat for about about 2 minutes a side or until golden and cheese is melted. Remove from heat and place on a cookie sheet in the oven to keep warm while frying remaining quesadillas.

5. Stage

Cut quesadillas into three wedges and serve.
