Ingredients for - Mississippi Pot Roast

1. Chuck roast - 1 (3 pound)
2. Pepperoncini - ½ (12 ounce) jar
3. Pepperoncini juice - ½ (12 ounce) jar
4. Unsalted butter - ½ cup
5. Au jus gravy mix - 1 (1 ounce) packet
6. Buttermilk ranch dressing mix - 1 (0.4 oz) package
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 (0.4 oz) package

How to cook deliciously - Mississippi Pot Roast

1. Stage

Combine chuck roast, pepperoncini, pepperoncini juice, butter, au jus mix, ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low until roast is fork-tender, about 8 hours.

2. Stage
