How to cook deliciously - Oatmeal S’more Cookies
1. Stage
In a large bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and marshmallows; refrigerate until dough is chilled, about 30 minutes.
2. Stage
Roll tablespoons of dough into balls; place 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Cool cookies for 1-2 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
