6. 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese -
7. 1 medium red apple, chopped -

How to cook deliciously - Blue Cheese Tossed Salad
1. Stage
In a small skillet over medium heat, cook the almonds, salt and pepper in butter for 5-6 minutes or until toasted, stirring occasionally. Drain on paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine the romaine, blue cheese, apple, lime zest and almonds. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
