1. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
2. Spicy Italian sausage, casings removed, crumbled 1 pound
3. Spaghetti sauce 3 cups
4. Water ½ cup
5. Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
6. Fresh cheese tortellini 1 (20 ounce) package
7. Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
8. Grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - One-Pot Tortellini and Sausage

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add crumbled sausage. Cook and stir until sausage is browned and no longer pink, 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, and Italian seasoning. Add tortellini and mix well.

2 . Stage

Bring liquid in the skillet to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until tortellini are tender, about 8 minutes.

Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler to low.
