2. Mascarpone cheese - 1 (8 ounce) container
3. Confectioners' sugar - ⅔ cup
4. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
5. Pears - peeled, cored, and sliced into wedges - 8
6. Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
7. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
8. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
9. Ground cloves - ¼ teaspoon
10. Ground cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
11. Frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed - 1

How to cook deliciously - Pear Galette with Mascarpone

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Place in the refrigerator.

Place pears, cornstarch, lemon juice, brown sugar, cloves, and cinnamon into a bowl; mix well.
