1. Pineapple juice - 3 cups
2. Frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can
3. Apricot nectar - 11 ⅓ fluid ounces
4. Mango nectar - 11 ⅓ fluid ounces
5. Cold water - 1 ½ cups
6. Chilled champagne - 2 (750 milliliter) bottles
7. Fresh pineapple - 12 wedges

How to cook deliciously - Pineapple Mimosas

1. Stage

Stir together pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, apricot nectar, mango nectar, and cold water in a 1 1/2- to 2-quart pitcher.

2. Stage

For each serving, pour 3/4 cup juice mixture into a champagne flute; top with 1/2 cup champagne. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
