Ingredients for - Pink Lemonade Pie from EAGLE BRAND®

1. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 (14 ounce) can
3. Frozen pink lemonade from concentrate, thawed - 1 (6 ounce) can
4. Few drops red food coloring - 1 drop
5. Frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 (4 ounce) container
6. Baked pie crust - 1 (9 inch)
7. Coconut, tinted pink - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Pink Lemonade Pie from EAGLE BRAND®

1. Stage

Beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, lemonade concentrate and food color, if desired.

2. Stage

Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared pie crust. Chill 4 hours or until set. Garnish with coconut.
