1. 2 tablespoons butter, divided -
2. 1 pork tenderloin (1 pound), cut into 1/4-inch slices -
3. 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms -
4. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
5. 8 small red potatoes, quartered -
6. 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth, divided -
7. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce -
8. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
10. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour -
11. 4 green onions, sliced -

How to cook deliciously - Pork and Potatoes

1. Stage

In a 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of the butter over medium heat. Cook the pork for two to four minutes on each side or until tender, then remove it from the pan.

2. Stage

In the same pan, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, then cook and stir until they're almost tender. Add the garlic, and cook for one minute longer. Stir in the potatoes, 1-1/2 cups of the broth, the Worcestershire sauce and the salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

3. Stage

In a small bowl, mix the flour and the remaining broth until smooth. Stir the flour mixture into the mushroom mixture. Bring it to a boil, then cook and stir until the sauce is thickened. Stir in the green onions.

4. Stage

Return the pork to the pan and heat it through.
