Ingredients for - Pudín De Mango
1. 4 c. mangoes (fresh or frozen) -
2. 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, divided -
8. 1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted -
10. Vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, optional -
How to cook deliciously - Pudín De Mango
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 350°. Slice mangoes. In a bowl, mix mangoes with 3/4 cup sugar and all of the cinnamon and allspice. Mix the remaining 3/4 cup sugar with milk, flour, baking soda, salt, and butter in a separate bowl and pour over the mangoes. If your batter is very thick, add the mangos to the batter and mix well to coat.
2. Stage
Bake for 35 minutes or until fragrant and golden. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
