1. Cooking spray -
2. 10 graham crackers, finely crushed -
3. 6 tbsp. melted butter -
4. 1/3 c. granulated sugar -
5. Pinch kosher salt -
6. 1 (12-oz.) package large marshmallows -
7. 1 (15-oz.) can pumpkin puree -
8. 1 tsp. McCormick pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish -
9. 2 c. whipped topping, plus more for serving  -

How to cook deliciously - No Bake Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie

1. Stage

Grease a 9" pie dish with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine graham crackers, melted butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Press graham cracker mixture firmly into bottom and sides of prepared pie dish.

2. Stage

In a medium saucepan, combine marshmallows, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring, until marshmallows are melted and combined. Remove from heat and scrape into a large bowl. Let cool to room temperature. 

3. Stage

Fold whipped topping into pumpkin mixture and scrape into prepared crust. Smooth top and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. 

4. Stage

Pipe whipped topping around edge of pie and sprinkle with more pumpkin pie spice.
