2. Salmon fillet, bones removed - 1 (2 pound)
3. Crumbled feta cheese - ½ cup
4. Light mayonnaise - ⅓ cup
5. Light cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
6. Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
7. Onion Powder - 1 tablespoon
8. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
9. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
12. Ground paprika - ½ teaspoon
13. Panko (Japanese bread crumbs) or regular dry bread crumbs - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Delicious Feta-Crusted Salmon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with a light coating of cooking spray, and place salmon on top.

Mix feta, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Dijon, onion powder, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika together in a bowl until smooth. Spread mixture over salmon, then sprinkle bread crumbs over top, covering completely.
