2. 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice -
3. 1 tsp. cumin seeds, crushed -
4. 1 garlic clove, minced -
5. 1/2 lb. snap peas, chopped -
6. 1 tomato, chopped -
7. 2 scallions, thinly sliced -
8. 1 c. canned chickpeas -
9. 1/3 c. chopped parsley -
10. 3 c. cooked bulgar -
11. Kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Snap Pea Falafel Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil with the lemon juice, cumin seeds and garlic. Add the snap peas, tomato, scallions, chickpeas, parsley and bulgur and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
