Ingredients for - Snow Miser Smoothie Bowl

1. Banana - 1 small
2. Apple - peeled, cored, and cut into chunks - 1 small
3. Pear - peeled, cored, and cut into chunks - 1 small
4. Ice - 3 cubes
5. Plain skyr (Icelandic yogurt) - ½ cup
6. Grated fresh coconut, divided - ¼ cup
7. Blue spirulina powder - 1 teaspoon
8. White dragon fruit - ½

How to cook deliciously - Snow Miser Smoothie Bowl

1. Stage

Combine the banana, apple, and pear in an electric blender. Add ice cubes, skyr, all but one big spoonful of coconut, and spirulina.

2. Stage

Remove 3 or 4 balls of dragon fruit using a fruit baller, then add the remaining dragon fruit to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Top with reserved dragon fruit balls and remaining coconut.
