1. Chia seeds ¼ cup
2. Banana 1
3. Dates, pitted 2
4. Almond milk 1 cup
5. Ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
6. Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon
7. Fresh blueberries, or more to taste ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Raw Chia 'Porridge'

1 . Stage

Place chia seeds in a bowl.

2 . Stage

Layer banana and dates in a blender; add almond milk, cinnamon, and salt. Blend mixture until smooth and pour over chia seeds, stirring well. Let mixture sit until thickened, at least 15 minutes.

3 . Stage

Stir chia "porridge" and top with blueberries.
