1. Chia seeds - ¼ cup
2. Banana - 1
3. Dates, pitted - 2
4. Almond milk - 1 cup
5. Ground cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
6. Salt to taste - ¼ teaspoon
7. Fresh blueberries, or more to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Raw Chia 'Porridge'

1. Stage

Place chia seeds in a bowl.

2. Stage

Layer banana and dates in a blender; add almond milk, cinnamon, and salt. Blend mixture until smooth and pour over chia seeds, stirring well. Let mixture sit until thickened, at least 15 minutes.

3. Stage

Stir chia "porridge" and top with blueberries.
