2. Black beans, drained and rinsed - 3 (15.5 ounce) cans
3. Chicken broth - 2 (14 ounce) cans
4. Diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®) - 2 (10 ounce) cans
5. Whole kernel corn - 1 (15.25 ounce) can
6. Onion, chopped - ½ large
7. Chopped jalapeno peppers - ½ cup
8. Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
9. Chili powder - 2 ½ teaspoons
10. Red pepper flakes - 2 teaspoons
11. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
12. Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
13. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
14. Sour cream, or to taste - ½ cup
