Ingredients for - Spicy Southwestern Slaw

1. Shredded cabbage - 3 cups
2. Carrot, shredded - 1
3. Onion, diced - 1
4. Red bell pepper, diced - 1
5. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced - 1
6. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 tablespoon
7. Canola oil - ½ cup
8. Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
9. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
10. Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
11. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Spicy Southwestern Slaw

1. Stage

In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, carrot, onion, red pepper, jalapeno and cilantro. Set aside.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
