Ingredients for - Special Deviled Eggs

1. Eggs 6
2. Mayonnaise ¼ cup
3. Finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons
4. Sweet pickle relish 3 tablespoons
5. Prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon
6. Prepared mustard 1 tablespoon
7. Paprika, for garnish 1 tablespoon
8. Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Special Deviled Eggs

1 . Stage

Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and cut lengthwise.

2 . Stage

Remove yolks from eggs. In a medium bowl, mash the yolks and mix together with mayonnaise, onion, sweet pickle relish, horseradish and mustard.

3 . Stage

With a fork or pastry bag, fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika, salt and pepper. Chill until serving. Christina
