Ingredients for - Shrimp Quiche

1. Baked pie shell 1 (9 inch)
2. Small, cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 ounces
3. Grated Gruyere cheese ⅔ cup
4. Eggs, beaten 2
5. Light sour cream 1 cup
6. Finely chopped green onion 1 tablespoon
7. Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp Quiche

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Spread shrimp evenly across the bottom of the pie crust. Sprinkle cheese over the shrimp.

3 . Stage

Stir sour cream, green onions, salt and pepper into the beaten eggs; then pour mixture evenly over the shrimp and cheese.

4 . Stage

Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
