1. Butter 3 tablespoons
2. Chopped red bell pepper 3 tablespoons
3. Chopped green onion 2 tablespoons
4. Crabmeat, drained and flaked 1 cup
5. Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup
6. White wine 2 tablespoons
7. Eggs 3 large
8. Half-and-half cream 1 cup
9. Pie shell, partially baked 1 (9 inch)
10. Shredded Swiss cheese ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Crabmeat Quiche

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté red bell pepper and green onion in hot butter until soft. Stir in crabmeat; season with salt and pepper. Add wine and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

3 . Stage

Beat eggs in a large bowl until light. Whisk in half-and-half and crab mixture. Pour into partially baked pie crust and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.

4 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until puffed and golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
