How to cook deliciously - Baked cutlets in the oven
1. Stage
I shredded the chicken and beef fillets in a shredder. Chopped potatoes with onion, garlic and put them in a bowl with the meat. I poured pepper, salt and mixed the stuffing well. Stuffing should be well beaten, so that the patties were soft and fluffy. In a deep bowl sifted a little flour and formed cutlets, dipping a tablespoon of ground meat in it.

I lined the tray with parchment paper and arranged the cutlets. On each cutlet I put a small piece of butter. It is not necessary to do this. I put the tray with the cutlets in an oven heated to 200 degrees. I baked the cutlets for 25 minutes, then took the tray out. On the cutlets poured shredded cheese and put the tray again in the oven to bake until brown.

The cutlets were baked. We ate them with boiled rice and a salad of fresh vegetables and mozzarella.

We used "Sweet Chili" sauce as a dressing. The cutlets are delicious and easy to make.
