1. 1 large ciabatta loaf, cut in half lengthwise -
3. 8 large tomatoes, chopped -
5. 1/4 c. finely sliced basil, plus more for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Super-Size Bruschetta
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Stage
Place ciabatta halves cut side-up on a large baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and bake until bread is toasted, about 15 minutes.
3. Stage
Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, garlic, basil, and balsamic vinegar in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the mixture onto the toasted bread. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if using, and sprinkle with Parmesan and more basil.
4. Stage
Cut into large slices before serving.
