1. Greek yogurt 1 (16 ounce) container
2. Cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped 1 medium
3. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
4. Extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
5. Dried dill weed 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Distilled white vinegar 1 teaspoon
7. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon

11. Extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
12. Dried oregano 1 tablespoon
13. Red wine vinegar 2 teaspoons

15. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips 1 ¼ pounds
16. Pita bread rounds 6 (6 inch)
17. Tomato, diced 1 medium
18. Red onion, thinly sliced 1 medium
19. Iceberg lettuce, chopped ½ head

How to cook deliciously - Easy Chicken Gyro

1 . Stage

Make the tzatziki: Combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, oil, dill, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth, then cover and refrigerate until needed.

Make the chicken: Whisk garlic, lemon juice, oil, oregano, vinegar, salt, and pepper together in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add chicken and toss until evenly coated. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Remove chicken from the marinade and place onto the prepared baking sheet.
