1. Ground chicken (preferably dark meat) 1 pound
2. Plain dry bread crumbs ½ cup
3. Large egg 1
4. Peeled and minced fresh ginger 3 tablespoons
5. Minced scallions ⅓ cup
6. Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
7. Toasted sesame oil 2 teaspoons
8. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
9. Kosher salt ¼ teaspoon
10. Canola oil, or as needed 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, ginger, minced scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and kosher salt together in a large bowl.
