2. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
3. Lemon juice - ½ teaspoon
4. Lemon zest - ¼ teaspoon
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon
6. Cucumber, cut into matchsticks - ½
7. Fresh dill, finely chopped - ½ bunch
8. Fresh cilantro, chopped - ½ small bunch
9. Finely chopped fresh chives - ¼ cup
10. Slivered toasted almonds - 1 tablespoon
11. Roasted chicken, bones and skin removed, meat cut into cubes - 1 whole
12. White bread, crusts removed, or as needed - 12 slices
