How to cook deliciously - Tea rose jam
1. Stage
Rinse the rose petals well to remove all dirt.

Fill the petals in a blender leaving several petals, add sugar and grind in mashed potatoes, you can also pass through a meat grinder. Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl and put on the window for 5 hours to let the juice flow.
3. Stage
Strain the mixture through the well, squeezing it well.
4. Stage
Pour the syrup into the pan and add the petals that we left. Put on the heat a little warm in order to completely melt the sugar.

Pour the jam into a sterile jar and roll it up.
