Ingredients for - Vegan Spicy Cashew Crema

1. Raw cashews - 1 cup
2. Filtered water, or as needed - 1 cup
3. Water - ½ cup
4. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
5. Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
6. Garlic salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground red chile pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Ground paprika - ¼ teaspoon
9. Water (Optional) - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Vegan Spicy Cashew Crema

1. Stage

Place cashews in a bowl and pour filtered water over top until completely covered. Soak for at least 2 hours or overnight.

2. Stage

Drain and rinse cashews, then place into a food processor bowl. Add 1/2 cup water, lime juice, vinegar, garlic salt, ground chile pepper, and paprika. Blend for 1 minute. Add remaining 1/4 cup water if necessary for desired consistency; blend until smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. Taste and adjust for flavor.
