3. Toasted walnuts - ⅔ cup

5. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
6. Red pepper flakes (Optional) - ½ teaspoon
7. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
8. Milk, or as needed - 6 tablespoons
