1. Olive oil - ¼ cup
2. Garlic, crushed - 2 cloves
3. Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, diagonally cut into 1/4-inch slices - 1 (14 ounce) package
4. Red bell pepper, sliced thin - 1 large
5. Yellow onion, sliced thin - 1 small
6. Frozen broccoli, thawed - 1 (10 ounce) package
7. Chicken broth or water - ½ cup
8. Tomato sauce - ½ cup
9. Instant rice - 2 cups
10. Shredded mozzarella cheese - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Easy Smoked Sausage Skillet

1. Stage

Heat olive oil and crushed garlic in a large skillet. Stir in smoked sausage slices and cook until browned on all sides.

2. Stage

Add pepper, onion, broccoli, chicken broth, and tomato sauce. Simmer until vegetables are tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
