1. 2 tbsp. mayonnaise -
2. 2 tbsp. plain yogurt (Greek or regular) -
3. 1 tbsp. lemon juice -
4. 1 c. halved red grapes -
5. 1 c. chopped apples -
6. 1 c. sliced celery -
7. 1/4 c. chopped parsley -
8. Kosher salt -
9. Freshly ground black pepper -
10. 1 c. walnuts, toasted -
11. Bibb lettuce, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Waldorf Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, and lemon juice. 

2. Stage

Add grapes, apple, celery, and parsley and fold until just combined. Season with salt and pepper. Top with walnuts and serve over lettuce.
