1. 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk -
2. 2-1/4 cups sweetened shredded coconut -
3. 2-1/4 cups coarsely chopped dates -
4. 1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts -
5. 3/4 cup dried cherries -
6. 3/4 cup dried cranberries -
7. 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract -

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto parchment-lined baking sheets.

Bake until light brown, 8-10 minutes. Cool on pans 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool. Store in an airtight container.
