1. Stage
Remove the zest of the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Remove the core of the apples and cut into rings. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Finely chop the rosemary needles. Sprinkle on top of the apples. Also pecans. Bake at 220°C for about min. 20 minutes, until browned. Just be careful with the nuts, they turn dark very quickly. I missed it a little. Take out the cake, smear with honey and sprinkle with lime zest.
