How to cook deliciously - Terrine with crab sticks and cheese
1. Stage
In this recipe I use Belebeyevsky cheese from Belebey MK. I grated it on a medium grater.

Boiled eggs, grate them on a coarse grater.

Grate frosted (will be easier to grate) crab sticks.

Combine in a bowl 50 g of olives cut into half rings, crab sticks, eggs, cheese, grated juicy green apple.

Pour the cream, in which add salt and seasonings to taste and instant gelatin diluted in 50 ml of water.

Cover the terrine form with clingfilm.

Put the mass for the terrine in the form. In 30-40 minutes the terrine will have set. If time allows, you can leave it in the cold for a couple of hours.
8. Stage
Turn the terrine dish over onto a serving platter. Remove the cling film.
9. Stage
Decorate with red caviar and olives. If you do not serve the terrine immediately to the table, it is better to pour transparent cake jelly on top, so that the caviar and olives do not dry out. Bon appetit!
