First we make the yogurt from the strawberry yogurt mix Îuerson and water. For this purpose, pour 850 ml of water at room temperature into a special container and add a bag of dry yogurt mix. Stir well (you can even close the lid and shake a little) so that there are no lumps. Pour boiling water to the desired mark in a yogurt thermos and place the capsule with the mixture in the yogurt maker. Close the lid and put in a warm place for 6-8 hours.
2 . Stage
I cooked in the evening. In the morning I took out the capsule, cooled it to room temperature and put it in the fridge to cool. The yogurt is very tasty and easy to make.

Mix milk and honey, heat to a temperature of 80-90 degrees, do not boil. Add the rose hips (I have dried berries) and the contents of half a vanilla pod. Cover with a lid and leave to simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat 2/3 of the strawberries with a blender. In this recipe, you can use both fresh and frozen berries. I had frozen strawberries, so I defrosted them and blended them together with the syrup.

Strain the milk mixture through a sieve, cool slightly.

Mix with the mashed berries. Cut the remaining strawberries into small pieces and add to the mixture. Stir to mix.
