4. Pickled jalapeno pepper slices, minced - 3
5. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
6. Milk - 1 cup
7. Processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®) - ¼ (1 pound) loaf
8. Pickled jalapeno pepper juice - ¼ teaspoon

1. Stage

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion, garlic, and jalapeno; cook and stir until onion turns translucent, about 5 minutes.
