1. Butter - ¼ cup
2. Onions, finely chopped - 2
3. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
4. Red lentils - 1 cup
5. Fine bulgur - ½ cup
6. Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
7. Vegetable stock - 8 cups
8. Cayenne pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
9. Dried mint leaves - 1 tablespoon
10. Lemon - 4 slices
11. Chopped fresh mint - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Turkish Red Lentil 'Bride' Soup

1. Stage

Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Cook onions in hot butter until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir paprika, lentils, and bulgur into onions to coat with butter.

3. Stage

Add tomato paste, vegetable stock, and cayenne pepper; bring to a boil and cook until soft and creamy, about 1 hour.
