5. Tomato sauce - 1 (8 ounce) can
6. Chopped onion - 1 cup
7. Ripe tomato, chopped - 1
8. Carrot, sliced thin - 1
9. Vegetable broth - ½ cup
10. Raisins - ⅓ cup
11. Garlic, chopped - 1 clove
12. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
13. Ground turmeric - ½ teaspoon
14. Crushed red pepper - ¼ teaspoon
15. Ground cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
16. Paprika - ¼ teaspoon

1. Stage

In a slow cooker, combine butternut squash, eggplant, zucchini, okra, tomato sauce, onion, tomato, carrot, broth, raisins, and garlic. Season with cumin, turmeric, red pepper, cinnamon, and paprika.
