11. Shredded carrots - 3 cups
12. Chopped walnuts - ½ cup
13. Raisins - ½ cup
14. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
15. Butter, softened - ¼ cup
16. Confectioners' sugar, or more to taste - 1 cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease two 8-inch cake pans.
