Ingredients for - Avocado Tomato Salad

1. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
2. Juice of 1 lemon -
3. 1/4 tsp. ground cumin -
4. Kosher salt -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 3 avocados, cubed -
7. 1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved -
8. 1 small cucumber, sliced into half moons -
9. 1/3 c. corn -
10. 1 jalepeño, minced (optional) -
11. 2 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro -

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Tomato Salad

1. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, and cumin. Season dressing with salt and pepper. 

2. Stage

In a large serving bowl, combine avocados, tomatoes, cucumber, corn, jalapeño, and cilantro. 

3. Stage

Gently toss with dressing and serve immediately.
