3. Egg substitute - ½ cup
4. Minced fresh basil - 2 tablespoons
5. Prepared horseradish - 1 teaspoon
6. Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
9. Whole wheat hamburger buns, split - 4
10. Lettuce leaves - 4 leaves
11. Tomato - 4 slices

How to cook deliciously - Basil Turkey Burgers

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Mix ground turkey, onion, egg substitute, basil, horseradish, soy sauce, pepper, and garlic in a large mixing bowl; form into 4 patties.

Cook the turkey burgers on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 6 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.
