Ingredients for - Beef & Broccoli Kebabs

1. 1/3 c. low-sodium soy sauce -
2. 1/4 c. brown sugar -
3. Juice of 2 limes (or 1 if large), plus more for serving -
4. 1 tbsp. ground ginger -
5. 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into cubes -
6. 2 c. broccoli florets -
7. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. Green onions, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Beef & Broccoli Kebabs

1. Stage

Heat grill to medium-high. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice and ginger. Add steak and toss until coated. Let marinate in the fridge, at least 15 minutes and up 2 hours.

2. Stage

In another bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil.

3. Stage

Skewer steak and broccoli and season all over with pepper.

4. Stage

Grill, turning occasionally, until steak is medium, 8 minutes.

5. Stage

Squeeze with lime, garnish with green onions, and serve.
