1. Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing - ½ cup
2. Seasoned pepper - ¼ teaspoon
3. Dried cilantro - ¼ teaspoon
4. Ground cayenne pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
5. Ground cumin - ¼ teaspoon
6. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
7. Whole kernel corn, drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
8. Chopped onion - ½ cup
9. Chopped green onions - ½ cup
10. Red bell pepper, chopped - ½ cup

1. Stage

In a small bowl, mix together vinaigrette, seasoned pepper, cilantro, cayenne pepper, and cumin. Set dressing aside.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, stir together beans, corn, onion, green onions, and red bell pepper. Toss with dressing. Cover, and refrigerate overnight. Toss again before serving.
