1. Polish kielbasa sausage, cut into thin slices - 1 pound
2. Red potatoes, cut into thin slices - 4 medium
3. Celery, chopped - 4 stalks
4. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
5. Yellow onion, chopped - 1 medium
6. Green onions, chopped - 4
7. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
8. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
9. Dried cilantro - ½ teaspoon
10. Dried rosemary - ½ teaspoon
11. Salt - ½ teaspoon
12. Butter, sliced into small pieces - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Kielbasa Potato Bake

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix sausage, potatoes, celery, bell pepper, onion, green onions, parsley, basil, cilantro, rosemary, and salt together in a casserole dish. Distribute pats of butter evenly on top of mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes.
