2. Uncooked white rice - 1 cup
3. Black-eyed peas, undrained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
4. Kielbasa sausage, sliced - 1 pound
5. Beef broth - 1 (14 ounce) can
6. Sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 (4.5 ounce) can
7. Water - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place butter in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour rice over top.
