4. White sugar - ¾ cup
5. Egg - 1 large
6. Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
7. Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
8. Blueberries - 1 cup
9. Packed brown sugar - ⅓ cup
10. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
11. Ground cinnamon - ⅛ teaspoon
12. Cold butter - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Blueberry Banana Nut Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Fill 12 to 16 muffin cups with paper liners.

Mix bananas, pancake mix, walnuts, sugar, egg, oil, and vanilla extract together. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups.
